Eleven years of Upstreamly

Last week Upstreamly turned 11.

We marked the tenth in Porto. The entire company in one place for a week,strategy sessions split between long lunches. By the end of the week we had a plan we believed in.

A year on, we are in four cities at once. London. Porto. Aberdeen. Houston. Three offices, one company, eleven years in.

The work has grown, the team has grown, and a lot of what we set out to do in those strategy sessions has already happened.

What has not changed is the foundation. People who chose to build something here. Clients who trusted us with the work. A culture that has travelled with us as we have grown.

To everyone who has been part of it, on the team, on the other side of an engagement, or somewhere in between, thank you. The team, past and present. Our clients. Our partners. Our friends of the firm. You are the reason we still get to do this, and the reason we love it.
