Big 4 Insights: A Masterclass from PwC

We were honoured to welcome Mark Jordan, Partner at PwC, to our office this week for a knowledge sharing session on auditing and life within the Big 4.

The conversation was so engaging that what was scheduled as a 2-hour session ended up running 40 minutes over – and nobody wanted it to end.

Mark shared brilliant perspectives on how the Big 4 approach their work, the standards they uphold, and the mindset that drives their teams. We covered a huge range of ground – from the fundamentals of auditing to the rise of FinTech and how the financial services landscape is evolving. We also discussed the growing role of AI in the profession and what it means for the way audit teams operate. It gave us so much to reflect on, and plenty of ideas about where we can sharpen our own approach and keep improving.
