William Pollitt

William joined Upstreamly in November 2025 as a Graduate and is currently studying towards the ACA qualification with the ICAEW. He holds a degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship.                            

Before joining Upstreamly, he founded and ran his own start-up, managing the full finance and accounting function. This experience gives him first-hand insight into the challenges faced by growing businesses, enabling him to provide practical, commercially focused support shaped by real-world experience.                  

William brings an innovative and analytical approach to his work, with a strong focus on accuracy, clear communication and delivering tailored solutions that help drive sustainable growth. Outside of work, he enjoys history, volunteering, travelling and motorsport.
