Natalia brings over 14 years of experience leading complex digital transformation programmes and guiding cross-functional teams across Europe. Her career spans senior roles in programme management, sales, and customer services within the ICT sector, where she has successfully delivered multi-million-euro initiatives and revitalised underperforming projects.

Holding an MSc in Behavioural and Organisational Psychology, Natalia blends academic insight with practical leadership experience to support individuals and organisations through meaningful change.

Fluent in English, German, and Russian, Natalia works with teams across diverse cultural and organisational contexts. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, diving, and exploring human behaviour through ongoing study and reflection.
