Mandi Forte

Mandi joined Upstreamly as a Manager, bringing extensive experience in supporting small businesses, managing client portfolios and leading accounting teams.

An ACCA-qualified accountant with over three years’ post-qualification experience, Mandi previously worked as a Senior Accountant and Pod Leader within an accountancy practice focused on small businesses, where she managed a substantial portfolio of clients alongside leading and supporting her team. Earlier in her career, she also spent time with EY in Global Mobility Tax.

Mandi has a particular interest in improving processes and finding smarter, more efficient ways of working. She brings experience in developing workflows and using technology, AI and automation to improve the way finance teams operate and deliver services to clients.

Based in Oxfordshire, Mandi works closely with clients across Oxford, London and beyond, providing practical, hands-on support and helping businesses strengthen their finance processes as they grow.
